Shipping charges are calculated at check out according to the country location. Once you place an order, the product will be delivered on the stipulated order date selected for the recipient of the order. Once we dispatch your order, you will receive a notification of a tracking number and a link from where you can track your order until it reaches the recipient. We use local (South Africa) and international partners to manage our deliveries. These partners are vetted by us to ensure their service levels meet the excellence we strive for.
From time to time due to unforeseen circumstances which are beyond our control, we may experience delays in getting your order to its requested destination on time. In these instances, you will be notified with detailed information to ensure you are aware of the situation and receive prompt updates till your order reaches its destination.

Kaiflora will not be held responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information supplied by customers at checkout. All customs fees and taxes (where applicable) are to be paid by the customer before international orders are shipped.
