This page explains Kaiflora’s shipping & delivery options, from same-day delivery and charges to delivery times and payment.
We deliver fresh flowers and gifts across South Africa, using our own drivers and trusted delivery partners. We have branches in Sandton, Randburg, Centurion, Lenasia, Umhlanga (Durban) and Camps Bay (Cape Town), with our head office in Paulshof, Johannesburg.
Same-day Flower Delivery
Same-day delivery is available nationwide for orders placed by 4pm.
Missed the cut-off? WhatsApp us on +27 84 280 9860. We regularly arrange deliveries after 4pm and will tell you what’s possible for your order.
Delivery Options and Charges
You can choose from two delivery options at checkout:
- Standard delivery, at a flat rate, on the date you choose.
- Same-day express delivery, at a flat rate, for orders placed by 4pm.
The rates for each option are shown at checkout before you pay. From time to time we run free delivery promotions, which are announced on our website and social media.
Choosing Your Delivery Date
Select your preferred delivery date at checkout. Online ordering is open 24 hours a day, so you can order whenever it suits you, including from overseas.
Delivery Times
Deliveries take place during the day, and in most areas finish by 7pm. If you need a delivery outside these hours, WhatsApp us to check whether it can be arranged in your recipient’s area.
If The Recipient Isn’t Home
At checkout, you can choose what we should do if your recipient isn’t available: leave the order at the front door, leave it with a neighbour, or leave it at reception.
Delivery Updates
We send you delivery updates on WhatsApp. Where it won’t spoil a surprise, we may also contact your recipient to arrange the delivery. If your gift is a surprise, add a note in the delivery instructions at checkout and we won’t contact them beforehand.
Paying For Your Order
Our secure checkout is powered by Peach Payments and accepts:
- Cards: local and international Visa, Mastercard and American Express
- Digital wallets: Apple Pay and Scan to Pay
- Bank payments: Capitec Pay and Pay by Bank (instant EFT)
- Pay later: Payflex, Float, Happy Pay, Mobicred, ZeroPay and RCS

Ordering From Overseas
If you live abroad and want to send flowers to South Africa from overseas, you can order online from anywhere in the world. International Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards are accepted, and you can view prices in South African rand or UAE dirham.
Delivery Outside South Africa
Occasionally we can arrange delivery to other countries. These requests are handled individually, so please WhatsApp us before ordering. For international deliveries, any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
Delays
Occasionally deliveries are delayed by extreme weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, we’ll contact you straight away and keep you updated until your order is delivered.
Delivery Details
Please check the recipient’s address and phone number carefully at checkout. We can’t be held responsible for deliveries that fail because of incorrect or incomplete details.
