While we do not typically offer returns due to our global footprint and the perishable nature of flowers, we understand that each situation is unique. As a result, we assess returns individually, taking into account the particular details of the order and the items in question. Each request is carefully evaluated to ensure fair consideration based on the nature of the purchase and the circumstances surrounding it. Our standard policy will always apply, reflecting our commitment to the trust you place in us.

Refunds Policy
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 1 hour of placing the order. You can cancel your order by:
• Online: Log into your Kaiflora account and follow the instructions to cancel your order.
• Email: Send an email to info@kaiflora.com with your full name, mobile number, order number, and reason for cancellation.
Cancellations are only accepted within this 1-hour window. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 48 hours. However, please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your banking institution’s processing times.
Modifications
To modify your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Modifications may include changes to the delivery address, order details, or item adjustments. You can request modifications by:
• Online: Access your Kaiflora account and make the necessary changes.
• Email: Email us at info@kaiflora.com with your full name, mobile number, order number, and details of the modification.
For modifications that involve additional costs, such as upgrading items or changing delivery details, the additional payment must be settled before the modification is confirmed.
Refunds for Modifications
If a modification results in a reduced order value, the difference will be refunded within 48 hours. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your banking institution’s processing times.
Kaiflora strives to process all cancellations and modifications promptly. Please be aware that changes requested after the 1-hour window may not be accommodated.
Return Policy
While returns are not standard, we are happy to offer exchanges for products of equal value within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please email us at customer.services@kaiflora.com with the following details:
• Full name
• Order number
• Date of purchase
• Date of delivery
• Reason for exchange
• Picture(s) of the product(s)
Once our team has reviewed and validated your request, we will proceed with either an exchange or issue you a credit (less shipping and any applicable taxes). For exchanges, the process involves sending you a replacement item, with delivery costs for the new item being the customer’s responsibility.
When issuing a credit, please note that it may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your Kaiflora account and is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. The credit cannot be used on sale items. If you don’t have an account with us, you’ll need to create one to access your online voucher. To ensure a smooth process, please provide high-quality pictures of the item in question, as this helps us assess the condition and validity of the claim accurately.
Conditions for Gift Item Exchanges
We can exchange gift items (non-perishable products) provided they are returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item to request an exchange. Provide details such as your order number, the reason for the exchange, and high-quality photos of the item to support your request.
- Once we approve your exchange request, you will need to return the item to us in its original packaging and condition. Please ensure the item is unused and includes all tags and packaging materials.
- The customer is responsible for all delivery charges associated with returning the original item as well as shipping the exchanged product. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and the address for shipping.
- After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange. You will be notified once the replacement item has been dispatched. Please note that delivery times for the exchanged product will vary depending on your location.
- Any additional delivery costs for sending the exchanged product will be borne by the customer.

Important Notes
• Kaiflora is not responsible for orders undelivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
• Store credit is available for approved exchanges, valid for 1 year, and cannot be redeemed for sale items.
• Custom-made or personalised products, along with sale items, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
